A group from St. William traveled to Pass Christian, Mississippi, the weekend of September 15-18, 2006, on the third effort this year to help with hurricane recovery. St. William had formed a partnership with the three Mississippi parishes of St. Ann, St. William, and St. Stephen.
The Louisville St. William group included Art Baltes, Mike and Marilyn Byrne, Jim Schorch, Sally Connolly, John Turner, Sharan Benton, and Dennis Bricking. Others were Tom and Pat Norris from Louisville and Ed Kirch from Dallas.
