The Pastoral Planning Council (PPC) is a body of eight elected members which, along with the Pastoral Team and guided by the parish mission statement, provides a forum for visioning. It identifies goals that flow from this vision. It sets the agenda for the Parish Assembly, a process by which the community can reflect, discern, and express its own vision. The PPC sets policies and brings them to the Parish Assembly for affirmation.

The PPC usually meets on the 2nd Thursday of every other month.
